In stock orders taken before 12pm are being dispatched on the same day. 

Which courier services do we use?

We use the following couriers to support our order fulfilment process:

DX: Next day (mainly for bikes)

Royal Mail 48hr service (mainly cycling accessories)

Next day delivery takes place on the next working day. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. This means that orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, or Tuesday if the weekend includes a Bank Holiday. We also only ship Mon-Fri. 

What will the postage charge be?

Free deliveries on all orders. 

Do we deliver to PO Box addresses?

We don't take orders for delivery to PO Boxes.

Do we deliver outside the UK?

We don't take orders for delivery outside the UK.
We also don’t deliver to Ireland.
